My Safe Hands needed a refreshed digital identity to reflect their commitment to care, trust, and accessibility within the NDIS space. The project began with a logo redesign, crafting a modern yet approachable mark that aligned with their mission and resonated with both clients and partners.

A multi-light coloured website theme was introduced to create a warm, inviting, and trustworthy user experience, while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity remained central to the design. Social media branding was also overhauled, with custom-designed Meta tiles to maintain consistency across platforms, paired with ongoing social media management to grow engagement and awareness to their brand.

In order to drive referrals and grow their client base, a dedicated referral page was created, which was supported by relevant links to NDIS government pages for added credibility and user convenience. Together, these elements came together to position My Safe Hands as a professional, compassionate, and modern presence in their field.
